Billing Cycles

The City is divided into 20 geographic billing cycles to make meter reading and billing more systematic and efficient. The location of your home or business determines when we read your meter and when you receive your bill. Your meters are read on approximately the same date each month, but the actual date may vary depending on weekends, holidays, and factors such as weather. Because of this your utility bill may include a time period ranging from 28 to 32 days of service.
