Neighborhood Vitality Matching Grant

(Letter of Intent Due July 23,2023)

On August 4, 2020, Garland City Council approved a revision to the Neighborhood Vitality Matching Grant Program. The revision allows registered voluntary neighborhood associations to apply with an eligible project up to $10,000 without providing a match. In addition, the applicant will be required provide a 25% match for every dollar on projects that cost over $10,000.
